*Every new team member must complete an application and background check, as well as attend Orientation.
Ministry opportunities include:
Small Group Leaders
For kids age two through 5th grade, use activities to reinforce the weekly lesson in an engaging way, utilizing our kids’ visual, hearing and physical skills. All materials are provided for you. Minimum age to serve: adult.
Nursery Team Leaders
For birth through 23 months, provide loving care for our youngest kids and introduce them through song and appropriate play to the truth that Jesus loves them. Minimum age to serve: adult.
Assistant Leaders
For all ages, provide extra hands for the Leaders to ensure that all children get quality time and attention. Minimum age to serve, depends on classroom age, 4th grade and above.
Open Arms “Buddy”
For all ages, welcomes children and families with special needs so that all might come to know Christ and participate fully in fellowship, worship, and weekend service in mainstreamed groups or a self-contained classroom. Minimum age to serve: 13 years and above.
Drama Team
For ages two through fifth grade, uses storytelling to share the lesson with kids in a memorable way. In preschool, they travel from class to class. In Elementary, they share from the stage with our younger and older elementary classes. Minimum age to serve: 4th grade and above.
Worship Team
For ages kindergarten through fifth grade, models a heart of worship, using music and dance to bring children into the presence of God. Minimum age to serve: 4th grade and above.
Sound/Tech Team
For ages kindergarten through fifth grade, supports our Drama and Worship Teams by providing the lights, music, and video feed that make our services dynamic and relevant. No technical experience is necessary for this essential, behind-the-scenes role. Minimum age to serve: 4th grade and above.
First Touch Team
For all ages, provides informative support to families at our check-in kiosks and security for our children’s ministries throughout all services. Minimum age to serve: 13 years and above. Must be an adult to serve on security team.
Doublestuff Team
For kids age three through 3rd grade on campus more than one service, our Doublestuff team provides supervised free-play, crafts, videos, and snack. We have both preschool and elementary Doublestuff programs. Minimum age to serve: 13 years old or older.
Midweek Clean Team
For all classrooms, provides essential cleaning and sanitizing of our classrooms each week so that we can provide a consistent, excellent environment for all kids who attend C3 Church.
Midweek Curriculum Prep Team
For all ages, provides behind-the-scenes support for our Small Group Leaders by assembling all curriculum materials, including written materials, craft, and activity supplies needed for the weekend services. All materials are provided for this team.
Orientation and Ministry Support Team
For all team members, provides phone calls to ministry team leads, prepares materials and assists in Orientation Training, and provides encouragement to all ministry team members throughout the year. Minimum age: adult.
