Check-In /Check-Out Policy
The C3 Kids check-in and check-out procedures are simple and fast. They help us provide a safe environment for your child. C3 Kids team members are available to assist you at any time. Our goal is to make this the best hour of your child’s week, and a blessing to you.
Five Steps to Check In/Check Out Your Child

1. Check in your child at one of the kids’ kiosks. All children must be checked in prior to entering any C3 Kids area. Kids’ kiosks open for registration 1/2 hour before the first service of the day.
2. You will receive an adhesive-backed name tag for your child with your child’s name and unique, random numeric code. Place the tag in a visible area on your child’s clothing. With kids in the nurseries, preschool and through second grade, we recommend you place it on their back, so they don’t lose it during the service.
3. In addition to your child’s name tag, you will be given a printed ‘receipt’ for child check-out with the same random numeric code (this code will also appear on your child’s name tag).
4. Check in and Check out. Kids can go to their class 20 minutes before the start of each service.
- C3 Church:
a. Preschool: drop off/pick up your child in their age-appropriate classroom.
b. K-2nd grades: drop off/pick up at the Multipurpose Center.
c. 3rd-5th grades: drop off/pick up at the Annex.
5. When you pick up your child up, classroom leaders will match the numeric code on your child’s name tag with the one on your receipt. If the two codes match, your child will be released to your care.
If your child requires your attention during the service, your child’s numeric code will be displayed on the screen in the worship center. Please come directly to your child’s classroom.
