WORKSHOPS

MULTI-SITE
Seacoast Church is known for being a pioneer with Multi-Site. They now have over 10,000 people spread across 13 campuses in 3 states. In this workshop, Greg Surratt will share Seacoast’s experience with multi-site and give practical principles to making multi-site successful for your church.

WORSHIP & CREATIVE ARTS
In this session, Martha Fry will be discussing how to create an environment where people can come and experience the presence of God. We will also have a discussion panel made up of the whole team that creates that
environment.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
In this session, Tami Poland, will give leaders an overview of an effective children’s ministry. We will cover the vision, mission, and principals that have allowed our children’s ministry at C3 to grow from 250 kids to almost 600 kids in three years.

STUDENT MINISTRY
In this breakout session, Scott Randlett will discuss how we can maximize our effectiveness when it comes to exposing students to the gospel, equipping students to make a difference, and helping them experience all that God has for their life.

RECRUITING VOLUNTEERS
The body of Christ is made up of many gifted men and women who use their time and talents to serve the House. In this session, Rod Gray will discuss how to recruit, place, and equip volunteers.

ASSIMILATION
In this breakout session, Chris Pipes, will uncover the simple process of how C3 Church leads people from the point of checking out C3 to being fully engaged in the life of the church.
